Greetings everyone!

Wow, what a month of transition and change! What a F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S 2007!

This month has been a wonderful month for learning and creating change in my life. I transitioned employment from a temporary assignment of working with our state Medicaid healthcare to a permanent assignment working with our state Medicaid healthcare (different companies). As with every change in our life, what seems like a small shift in our thoughts, ideas and healings can have a large impact on our life. This is what I lovingly refer to as “The Pebble Theory”.

The pebble theory is simple and basic.I have known the pebble theory for the longest time. I can not recall where I first heard it, nor its origin. A pebble put into a body of water can have a large impact on changing the waters form. Meaning, a person can drop a pebble into a pond and see the ripple of the water “wave” outward and pushing the outer rims of that body of water.

If you consider yourself to be that body of water (what are human bodies primarily made of?) and you consider a change in your thought to be the pebble… what impact can that do for you?

To me, the smallest shift and change in a persons attitude, thought, perennial view point, actions, daily routine or even a new form healing or teaching (however small it seems to you) could be that one pebble which changes you within so that your life largely improves. The improvement can be in any form: Physical, Mental, Emotional or Spiritual.

So, this pebble in my employment has “pushed” out a lot of old thoughts about scarcity and struggle for me. I am stronger in my belief that I can have fun and play while being employed. I am stronger in my daily affirmation that the world is a prosperous place and ANYTHING is possible. This small shift in my employment is going to have a large impact on my weekly and monthly routine and will help support the spiritual path that I am on.

We can also expand The Pebble Theory outward into a Universal thought. Whereas the small changes in your life could have a large impact on the universe and community that you are in. WOW! How amazing is that?

Blessing and love to you all,
Kriss
